1. CROSSLAND Education & Careers, an organisation providing Services such as Coaching for Languages, Admission Guidance, Career Counselling, Consultancy for Settling Abroad.
2. Student / Client; An Individual person or his family seeking services for Coaching, Admission, Career Counselling, Consultancy for Settling Abroad.
3. Student Visa: A Visa For studying Abroad
4. Migration / Permanent Residency; A process for Settling Abroad.
5. Offer / Admission letter; A Letter issued by Educational Institution Giving admission to the student.

Data Privacy Policy:

CROSSLAND takes your privacy seriously. CROSSLAND will never sell user information to third parties. We may capture and store visitors’ personal information like name and email etc. However, the same is done only in the event, the visitors choose to use the CONTACT FORM/s spread across this website, for contacting us with the request to subscribe to occasional emails from CROSSLAND, enquire about the various courses conducted by CROSSLAND and also its foreign education partners or with any other request.

CROSSLAND is an exclusive proprietor of all the information or data collected on its site in the form of name, address, mobile numbers, e-mail ids and all other details garnered through valid procedure. At CROSSLAND, we value our relationship with our clients and the security of the details they have shared with us is our biggest concern. 2. CROSSLAND will not be responsible for any financial losses to the candidate due to reject of Visa application this includes Visa fee, Insurance, Medical charges, Currency variation, Bank Charges, Interest Costs, College/ University deduction etc..

Refund Policy:

The Refund policy of CROSSLAND is based on Service, the refund policy is mentioned on relevant documents like, Coaching Admission Form, Student Visa Agreement, Skill Migration application/ consultancy agreement and will valid accordingly.

Taxes:

All taxes like GST, TDS, Foreign Levy fee, etc imposed by the Govt. authorities will be applicable as per the services provided.

Caution Notice:

• CROSSLAND does NOT assist or guide individuals or organisations with international Arranged Employment Offers / Work Visa Recruitment / Placement related services
• CROSSLAND is NOT an International Recruitment Agency.
• CROSSLAND are Registered with Chandigarh Administration.

Student/Client- Undertaking/ Declaration:

1. I hereby confirm that I have filled all the details in the registration form; correct and absolute to the best of my understanding.
2. I assure you that I have never applied on my own directly or through any agency to any Universities or Colleges, apart from the above given details. Also all the credentials, that I have submitted in support of my application are real and authentic.
3. I validate here that I am being counselled by CROSSLAND on all aspects of my international education and on my future career prospects.
4. CROSSLAND and its employees are authorized to represent my candidature on all issues in concern with my admission and interest with the international institutes from my side.
5. I give my consent on CROSSLAND sharing any information related to my international education to any educational institution abroad.
6. I permit CROSSLAND to share regular updates on my mobile or landline through SMS, E-mail, or Phone Call.
7. I understand that programs and courses that I will be applying to in foreign universities are based on and are administered by the terms and conditions and qualifying standards fixed by the respective institutes.
8. The service offered at CROSSLAND is restricted only to helping students in securing admissions in the institutes.
9. I validate that the programs and courses for my studies are seen and understood by me and CROSSLAND will not be held liable for its content.
10. I agree that CROSSLAND does not promise admission in any institute and is not liable in case of rejection or refusal for any reason.
11. CROSSLAND shall not be held accountable or answerable in such circumstances and no claim of any sort at all will be considered.

All dispute are subject to Jurisdiction of Chandigarh
